A breathtakingly beautiful culinary chalet emerged from the shared passion of two individuals as different as chalk and cheese. Owner, Anju Gautam, a traveller at heart, self-taught cook, and a passionate diarist, whose love for food, flavour and folklore began in the culturally rich by lanes of Jalandhar, evolved as she globetrotted the world, and culinary artist and seasoned Chef Nimish Bhatia, whose nearly four decade long journey helming some of the finest commercial kitchens has been a tale-after-tale tome of spicy notes, techniques and a plethora of exciting ingredients.
